This episode is full of Aries themes of resurrection and the value of immediacy. Cory shares a spring poem from Abigail Kirby Conklin for National Poetry Month, then discusses this week's astrology which includes Jupiter's conjunction with the sun in Aries, Venus' entrance into Gemini, and it's square to Saturn in Pisces.
She is joined by astrologer Elena Valdez to talk about Aries characterizations that don't get a lot of attention. They also discuss the current astrology in relation to Elena's natal chart (her natal placements match the current transits).
Elena is a California based astrologer who began geeking out on Astrology at age 13! And while her initial introduction to this knowledge as a teenager was basic, her love for Astrology and commitment to embody its wisdom has evolved into her professional soul work. Elena practices Tropical/Western astrology utilizing the Whole Sign system.
She previously created AstroTarot by Elena Valdez, a YouTube channel offering monthly tarot readings for parents based on their child’s astrological sign. She has recently decided to revamp the channel to focus more on Astrology, with new content coming this Spring. And please don’t call her an “astrologist”!
